Court of Appeals Upholds Claims to Renowned Guelph Treasure Sold Under Duress to Nazi Agents

Posted by Amy E. Sheridan on Aug 7, 2018 9:30:00 AM

This case represents the first time an American court has held that it has jurisdiction over a German agency under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) for a claim to Nazi-looted or purchased art.
