Meet Sullivan's New First Year Associates

Sullivan is thrilled to welcome its four new First Year Associates to our Boston office. All four participated in our Summer Associate Program back in 2019 and officially started as First Years on January 19, 2021.

Matthew Bailey

Matthew received his J.D. from Boston College Law School where he was Editor-in-Chief for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest and a Law Student Liaison for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law – Real Property Division. Also while in law school he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert B. Foster at the Massachusetts Land Court.

Jillian Friedmann

While studying at Boston College Law School, Jillian served as a legal intern to the Committee for Public Counsel Services at the Quincy District Court. She was also the Executive Comments Editor for the Boston College Law Review.

RachelGants

Rachel Gants

Rachel was a member of Harvard Law School's Tenant Advocacy Project and also interned for Justice Richard Stearns at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Proficient in Spanish, Rachel was a Yale University Fox Fellow from 2012 - 2014 at the El Colégio de Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.

Brandon Schneider

While in law school, Brandon was a Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. He served as a legal intern for the Honorable Paul M. Black at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia and as an extern for the Honorable Robert M. D. Turk at the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Virginia. Brandon previously served as the Director of Research for the White House Transition Project.
