Sullivan's clients range from smaller reporting companies to Fortune 500 companies and cover such diverse industries as software, biotechnology, real estate, records management, big data, pharmaceuticals, defense, energy, telecommunications, senior living facility operations and hotels. In 2020, the firm represented companies and investment banks in 80 offerings, with gross proceeds totaling over $5 billion.

We represent a wide range of U.S. and foreign businesses, as well as sources of equity capital and debt financing such as banks and other financial institutions, individual and institutional investors. We facilitate a full range of financing transactions, including: initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings, at-the-market offerings, venture capital investments, private placements of securities, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. We also regularly handle shelf registrations, periodic SEC filings, stock exchange listings and compliance solutions. Our clients are counseled on all aspects of securities law compliance including disclosure, reporting and enforcement issues.

In addition to its wide-ranging experience with U.S. companies, Sullivan manages a substantial amount of legal work for Israeli companies. Our Israel practice team not only has deep experience representing Israeli companies, but we are one of the few U.S. firms with an office in Tel Aviv. Our presence in Tel Aviv, the hub of Israel’s high-tech economy, serves as a gateway for Israeli public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, funds and other professionals to gain entry into the U.S. market.
