Fiona specialises in advising a broad range of clients on structured and unstructured trade and commodity finance transactions across mainland Europe, CIS, Africa and Asia. Fiona’s experience includes drafting and negotiating various agreements pertaining to trade finance deals and receivables financings. Prior to joining the firm, Fiona worked in the corporate department of a leading US law firm where she worked on a number of multi-jurisdictional M&A and Private Equity transactions. She also spent six months of her training within the in-house legal team of a global financial services consultancy firm.
